I also commend you for all of the other weeks you didn&#039;t buy a ticket at all.  Not only did you not lose the dollars it would have cost to buy the tickets, that are 99.9% guarenteed not to win.  You actually &#039;won&#039; $48 or $49 over the year aswell.  Which is a 100% return on your non investment.  Guarenteed!
 
Adding the two together, it makes the lottery tickets left unbought in the ticket machines worth 299.9% more than they are worth immedietly after they are purchased.
 
Unless of course the 00.01% dream becomes a reality.
